ResolutionX Strategy Session: Collaboratively, we will identify your business needs and craft a tailored solution exclusively for you. Streamlining the process, together, we will pinpoint the top 5 tasks at the forefront of your delegation needs, while also identifying potential bottlenecks in your business.

With a diverse pool of talented professionals, we can seamlessly match them to meet your specific requirements. Your success is our priority.

Step Two: 
Get Connected with your new ResolutionX team member

We will connect you with your new dedicated ResolutionX team member, along with their assigned project manager and a member of our creative team.

Delegate the top 5 tasks at the forefront of your week. Engage in a discussion about daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a comprehensive overview. Establish metrics, KPIs, and other benchmarks. Introduce your new ResolutionX team member to your workflow, integrate or provide access to your tools, and familiarize them with your day-to-day operations, typical workflows, and processes.

Step Three:
Ongoing Support, Training & Review

Expect to receive daily reports from your ResolutionX team member and a monthly assessment if needed. While they manage their regular tasks, we can develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides or videos for seamless knowledge transfer.
You have direct access to your ResolutionX team members at all times via Slack (or US phone line for calls/texts) along with their project managers and us, some of the ResolutionX partners. Additionally,
ensure uninterrupted service with a backup ResolutionX team member consistently assigned to your campaign, supervised by dedicated project managers. We handle all HR matters on your behalf, covering VA attendance, performance tracking, reporting, appraisals, and addressing any other emerging issues.
