Introduce your new ResolutionX team member to your workflow, integrate or provide access to your tools, and familiarize them with your day-to-day operations, typical workflows, and processes.
Expect to receive daily reports from your ResolutionX team member and a monthly assessment if needed. While they manage their regular tasks, we can develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides or videos for seamless knowledge transfer.
You have direct access to your ResolutionX team members at all times via Slack (or US phone line for calls/texts) along with their project managers and us, some of the ResolutionX partners. Additionally,
